Our puzzle library is growing every day. We are always sourcing new puzzles to add to our library.

We are open Mondays (10-2), Wednesdays (4-6), Fridays (12-4) and Saturdays (10-12). All other times, call us and we'll try to fit in with you.
All our puzzles are high quality and we keep them that way. We have a huge variety of 1000 piece puzzles.
Studies have shown that doing jigsaw puzzle (old or young) keeps your mind active and helps stimulate different parts of your mind all at once.

Our goal is to provide a quality jigsaw exchange and when a puzzle is new, we know that all the pieces are there. If we accepted non-exchange jigsaws, we have no control over the quality and completedness of our puzzles without doing every puzzle ourselves (or counting all the pieces) and unfortunately, we don't have time to do that for every puzzle.
Membership fees cover the costs of puzzle upkeep including replacing damaged puzzles. It also includes basic administration, website maintenance and our time.
At this stage, we only have Ravensberger puzzles. This is because they are one of the best jigsaw puzzle brands for quality, piece size, puzzle variety and more. We may add other quality brands in the future but I'm sure you will find that the range we have will suit most people's preferences.
This is mainly because we keep getting calls and messages to ask if there is a similar exchange in Brisbane, Sydney, Tamworth, Townsville and other places. For this reason, we may offer an online postage based membership to the exchange if the need is there.
If you lose a puzzle piece, please let us know when you return the puzzle. We work on an honesty system but we do weigh (or labourisly count) each puzzle on return so that the next person who does it isn't disappointed. If you do lose a piece, keep an eye out for it as it may reappear after you return the puzzle. Once a puzzle piece is missing, we regretfully have to take the puzzle out of circulation. We have factored this into our membership fees however, we may charge a member for a replacement puzzle if it happens regularly.
We have a large selection of 500 and 1000 piece puzzles. These puzzles are all interchangeable as part of your membership. For puzzles that are 1500 - 2000 pieces, a deposit of $35 is required. This deposit will be returned to you once the puzzle is returned complete. If you are looking for bigger puzzles 2000+ pieces, please let us know as we may add some to our library if the need is there.

All members must purchase their first puzzle from us (though this is included in the annual membership) so we can maintain our puzzle quality.

We are a family owned and we love jigsaw puzzles. In 2018, we decided to help other jigsaw puzzle enthusiasts with their hobby by providing a cost effective jigsaw exchange right here on the Sunshine Coast. We are currently running the exchange from home but we may set up at local markets and libraries in the near future.
